A Comprehensive Service
All repairs include a free visual Inspection, service and valet including removal of obstructions from any fans, vents sensors or paper paths, any liquid spillages, dust, dirt or grime. Repairs are extensively tested (soak tested) prior to return.
As well as a local repair service, I also offer a nationwide repair service. Have your equipment delivered here for repair, just like one of my major customers from the South of England already does, safe in the knowledge that you will receive a quality service, including the safe return of your equipment by courier.
All hardware repairs come with a 90 day return to base warranty.

Laptops and Notebooks – repair and replacement of screen, keyboard, track-pad, hard drive, CD/DVD/Optical drive, motherboard, processor, memory, battery, charger and case part faults
Desktop Computers – repair and replacement of power supply, motherboard, processor, memory, graphic and sound card, hard drive, DVD drive, case part faults
Laser Printers – repair of paper pick up, paper jam faults
Hand Held Terminals – repair and replacement of touchscreen, keyboard, communication, and terminal base charger faults.
Retail IT and EPOS Repairs
EPOS Tills – repair and replacement of power supply, motherboard, processor, memory, hard drive, touch screen, card reader, and customer display unit faults
Receipt Printers – repair of paper pick up, paper jam, poor or no print faults
Cash Drawers – repair of not opening or closing, and broken lock and cable faults
Bar Code Readers – repair of not scanning or communication faults
Hospitality and Kitchen Display Systems – repair of video display unit and bump bar faults

Windows Operating System Repairs/ Recovery/ Re-installation/ Upgrades – Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, XP All Versions (32 and 64 bit).
Please note: I will only consider repairing genuine Windows operating systems that have a valid product key.
